These Terms of Sale apply to purchases, offers, approved direct inquiries, and related services involving Personified Collectibles LLC unless a specific listing, invoice, marketplace policy, or written agreement states otherwise. Many current items are sold through the Personified Collectibles eBay storefront, where eBay checkout, payment, shipping, return, and dispute policies may also apply. If a transaction begins through eBay or another marketplace, that platform’s rules, message systems, payment processes, and dispute procedures may apply.

Item Descriptions and Condition
Good-Faith Descriptions Based on Available Information
Personified Collectibles makes good-faith efforts to describe items clearly using available information, photographs, measurements, visible condition observations, provenance notes, and documentation when available.
Descriptions are based on information reasonably available at the time of listing. Because collectibles may involve age, prior ownership, incomplete records, subjective condition standards, or limited documentation, buyers should not rely on assumptions beyond what is stated in the live listing.
Terms such as attributed to, believed to be, production-style, production-made, production-linked, screen-used, or similar language should be read in the context of the individual listing and any supporting documentation provided.
Certificates of Authenticity and Documentation
Documentation Supports the Item Record, but It Has Limits
Eligible items may include a Personified Collectibles Certificate of Authenticity, documentation summary, third-party paperwork, provenance notes, or other supporting materials. Included documentation varies by item and should be confirmed in the live listing.
A Personified Collectibles COA records available identifying details, supporting information, and the information recorded for an eligible item at the time of issuance. It is not a guarantee of future value, resale value, investment performance, future resale acceptance, or approval by a third-party authentication service, marketplace, auction house, appraiser, buyer, museum, or institution.
COA verification confirms whether a submitted certificate number and related details match an internal Personified Collectibles record. Verification does not re-authenticate the physical item, inspect current condition, confirm current ownership, guarantee future value or resale value, or ensure acceptance by a third-party service, marketplace, appraiser, auction house, buyer, or institution.
Payment, Offers, and Pricing
Pricing and Checkout Depend on the Listing and Platform
Current price, offer availability, taxes, shipping cost, and item availability may change as listings are updated or items sell.
Marketplace Checkout
For eBay purchases, payment is processed through eBay using the payment methods available at checkout. Personified Collectibles does not store credit card or banking information through this website.
Offers and Firm Pricing
Some listings may allow offers, while others may be priced firm. Please use the offer option on the live listing when available. Offers are not accepted unless the live listing or written agreement provides an offer option.
Approved Direct Transactions
For any approved direct transaction outside a marketplace, payment terms, shipping terms, included materials, documentation, cancellation terms, and any applicable fees should be confirmed in writing before completion. Direct transactions must comply with any applicable marketplace policies and written agreements.
Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, handling times, insurance, tracking, and delivery options vary by item and platform. Please review the live listing for current shipping information before purchasing.
Fragile, oversized, unusually shaped, high-value, or delicate items may require additional handling time, special packaging, carrier restrictions, or adjusted shipping options. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned, delayed, or misdelivered because of incorrect buyer information, additional costs or cancellation may apply depending on the platform and transaction terms.

Return eligibility depends on the item, the selling platform, and the terms shown in the live listing. Because many items are vintage, collectible, fragile, one-of-a-kind, used, or sold as display pieces, buyers should review all details carefully before purchasing.
Unless the live listing, platform policy, or written agreement states otherwise, items are generally sold as-is based on the photographs, description, condition notes, included materials, and documentation provided at the time of sale.
If you believe there is a significant issue with your order, contact Personified Collectibles as soon as possible with the order information, photographs, and a clear explanation so the matter can be reviewed under the applicable listing terms and platform policies. If the purchase was made through eBay or another marketplace, buyers may also need to use that platform’s message, return, or dispute process within the applicable deadline.
Additional Buyer Terms
International Buyers, Intellectual Property, and Independence
These terms address international shipping responsibilities, descriptive use of names and trademarks, original materials, and Personified Collectibles’ independent business status.
International Buyers
International shipping may be available on select items depending on the listing, destination, item type, carrier restrictions, and marketplace options.
International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, restrictions, or delays required by their country. Personified Collectibles cannot guarantee customs processing time or local delivery outcomes after an item enters the destination country’s system.
Intellectual Property and Independence
Personified Collectibles LLC is an independent business. Unless specifically stated in an individual listing, Personified Collectibles is not affiliated with film studios, production companies, theme parks, celebrities, estates, trademark holders, brand owners, or rights holders.
Names, titles, trademarks, logos, productions, brands, and character references may be used descriptively to identify or discuss an item. All rights remain with their respective owners.
Original Materials
Personified Collectibles photographs, written descriptions, COA designs, certificate numbers, website text, and other original materials may not be copied, altered, or reused without permission except as allowed by law.
Limits, Law, and Disputes
Limits of Liability, Governing Law, and Issue Review
These terms clarify that collectibles should not be treated as guaranteed investments and that concerns should be raised with clear order information whenever possible.
Limits of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Personified Collectibles LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, speculative, or resale-related damages connected to the purchase, ownership, display, transfer, valuation, or resale of an item.
Personified Collectibles does not guarantee future resale value, investment performance, valuation results, appraisal acceptance, insurance acceptance, third-party authentication results, marketplace approval, auction acceptance, or future collector demand.
Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Disputes and Platform Processes
Any dispute should first be addressed in good faith by contacting Personified Collectibles with the relevant order information and a clear explanation of the issue. Purchases made through eBay or another platform may also be subject to that platform’s dispute process.
Any formal legal language, arbitration requirement, waiver, venue clause, or dispute procedure should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before being relied upon.
