Thank you for choosing Personified Collectibles LLC. The following Terms of Sale outline the terms under which we provide goods and services to our buyers. By purchasing from our store, you agree to abide by these terms.

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL: All items sold by Personified Collectibles LLC are sold on a strict “AS-IS, FINAL SALE” basis. Due to the nature of rare and collectible items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, compatibility issues, or condition grading differences.

    Exception: A return may be considered only if an item was materially misrepresented in the original listing. Buyers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with detailed supporting documentation and photos.

  • CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY (COA) Each eligible item includes a COA issued by Personified Collectibles LLC. This certificate represents our expert opinion based on available provenance, research, and documentation at the time of issuance. The COA guarantees the described origin for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This guarantee does not cover subsequent transfers of ownership. Disputes regarding authenticity must be submitted in writing within 30 days of purchase.
    Every COA contains a unique serial number, item description, date of issue, and signature of the Vault Curator.

    The COA is non-transferable, void if altered, and valid only for the original purchaser.

  • VERIFICATION POLICY: Buyers may request verification of their issued COA via the official form located at: https://personifiedcollectibles.com/verify-your-coa/
    Serial verification requests submitted through our online portal are processed manually within 2–4 business days. We reserve the right to deny re-verification for altered or resold items.
  • PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & DISCLAIMERS: All items are described to the best of our knowledge. Where documentation is limited, descriptive terms such as:
    “Believed to be”, “Attributed to”, “Production-style” may be used. These labels indicate that, based on available information, the item is consistent with known examples but lacks definitive provenance. These descriptors reflect informed professional opinion, not guaranteed provenance. Buyers accept that collecting inherently involves varying degrees of uncertainty. These descriptors are used to maintain transparency and uphold collector trust.
  • Shipping & Handling: All items are shipped with tracking via [Specify Carrier]. Insurance is included for items valued over $[Specify Amount]. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other external events. In case of loss or damage during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a claim.
  • Accuracy of Buyer Information: Buyers must provide accurate contact and shipping information. Failure to do so may result in order delays or cancellations. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who provide false or misleading information.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from a transaction shall be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration in the State of Nevada, in accordance with Nevada law. The parties agree to waive their right to a jury trial. If mediation or arbitration fails to resolve the dispute, litigation may be pursued in the appropriate Nevada court.
  • JURISDICTION & LEGAL DISCLAIMERS: This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Buyer agrees to resolve disputes via binding arbitration or mediation in Nevada. Personified Collectibles LLC assumes no liability for consequential damages, resale value loss, or third-party claims. All item imagery, content, logos, and documentation are the property of Personified Collectibles LLC. Use without written consent is prohibited.
  • Intellectual Property (IP) Disclaimer: Personified Collectibles LLC is an independent entity and is not affiliated with any film studios, production companies, or trademark holders. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive purposes.
  • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Personified Collectibles LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase or use of any item, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
