Our verification database is updated in real-time to include newly issued COAs. To verify your COA, locate the unique serial number printed on your certificate. Enter this number into the verification form above and click ‘Verify’ to confirm its authenticity. For assistance, please contact us at personified-collectibles@outlook.com.
Your verification data is processed securely through encrypted channels. We do not store personal information or resale data — your privacy is always protected.

WHAT IS COA VERIFICATION?: COA Verification is the process of validating the authenticity and status of a Certificate of Authenticity issued by Personified Collectibles LLC. Verification confirms that the certificate number exists in our secure internal records, that it t corresponds to the correct item and purchase, that it has not been altered, voided, or flagged. Each verification is manually reviewed by our internal team within 2–4 business days.
Data Privacy and Security: We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information entered into our verification form is used solely for the purpose of confirming the authenticity of your COA and is not stored or shared with third parties. Our database employs industry-standard security measures to safeguard your data.
SUBMITTING A VERIFICATION REQUEST: To submit your request, please provide:
Full name (original purchaser, if applicable)
Serial number printed on the COA
Description or photograph of the item
Date of purchase (if known)

You will receive a confirmation email once your request is submitted. If verification is successful, a follow-up email will confirm the COA’s standing.

This optional seal offers discreet physical verification — reinforcing the provenance of your item while preserving its display integrity and long-term collector value.
A security seal is available by request at the time of purchase or consignment. We apply it only when desired.

The Certificate of Authenticity represents our expert opinion on the item’s authenticity at the time of issuance. Verification confirms the issuance of the COA and its association with the item but does not constitute a re-authentication of the item. Personified Collectibles LLC is not liable for any disputes arising from third-party assessments or subsequent changes in the item’s condition.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS
COA verification is available only for COAs issued directly by Personified Collectibles LLC.
We reserve the right to decline verification for items that have been resold, altered, counterfeited, or submitted by third parties not associated with the original purchase.
A maximum of one request per item per 90-day period may be submitted.
SECURITY & PRIVACY:
All verification requests are stored in our private, encrypted database.
Submitted information is used solely for verification and archival purposes.
